Privacy Policy

This policy describes what we actually do with information — which is deliberately little.

Phone calls

Calls to our number pass through a call-routing service and may be recorded for quality and call-handling purposes. California requires all-party consent for recording confidential communications, so recorded calls carry an audible disclosure at the start; continuing the call after the disclosure operates as consent. Call metadata (time, duration, caller number, city) is retained by the routing service to administer call handling.

What we do not collect

These pages set no advertising cookies, run no analytics beacon, and load no third-party scripts — the site's security policy blocks external scripts outright. There are no forms; the only way we receive anything from you is the phone call you choose to place. We do not sell personal information.

Hosting

The site is served through a content-delivery service, which processes standard connection logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) to deliver pages and resist abuse, under its own policies.

Your choices

If you prefer not to be recorded, say so at the start of a call, or hang up before proceeding — the disclosure comes first so the choice is yours. Anything you later agree with the entity performing work in your home is governed by that agreement and its policies.

Changes

If our practices change — for example, if analytics are ever added — this policy will be updated to match before the change ships, and the security policy that currently blocks third-party scripts would change visibly with it.
